We have a Built-in Workshop Area of 3,500 Square feet with Sound Industrial Flooring. The Height of Workshop is 30 feet. Heat Exchangers as long as 3.5 Meter with Shell Diameter of 500 mm have been manufactured in our Workshop.

- 2 Ton Capacity Crane: 1 No.
- 10 Ton Capacity Crane: 1 No.
Machine Shop Facilities :
- Machine shop is equipped with Measuring Instruments and Gauges such as Vernier Calliper, Vernier Height Gauge, Level Gauge, Micrometre etc. to achieve desired Quality and Accuracy.
- Heavy Duty Lathe Machines: 2 Nos.
- Radial Drilling Machines: 2 Nos.
- Tube-sheet Hole Reaming and Grooving Tools of Power master Make are available to achieve desired quality.
- Level Platform is available to ensure perfect alignment and dimensions.
- Power Master Make Tube Expansion system with Torque Controller to ensure correct expansion of tubes into Tubesheet.
- Hydro Test Pump with Calibrated Pressure Gauges are used to carryout Hydrostatic Testing of Heat Exchangers.
Fabrication Shop :
- Our Fabrication Shop is equipped with Welding Machines to carryout ARC, TIG and MIG welding. Following are the Welding Machine Details
- Welding Machines 400 Amp Capacity: 3 Nos.
- Welding Machines 300 Amp Capacity: 2 Nos.
- Automatic PUG Cutting Machine:1 No.
- Gas Cutting Machines: 2 Nos.
- Our Welders are Qualified in accordance with ASME Requirements for GTAW/SMAW Welding.
